Our second most important content is characters. Why not first? Our primary goal is to help you identify characters, therefore they must all be assigned and attributed to a source. Our content began narrowly focused on Japanese visual novels and Japanese anime, these days, we accept a wide array of animated content of any origin.

When a character is first uploaded to the site, it is indexed visually and assigned the following primary traits.

Upon admin approval, additional details become possible to add.

Character details are to be assigned correctly according to official sources and visual key features.
DO NOT edit characters with no rhyme or reason, character details are NOT for your personal notes or opinion.
Additional Associations
Tags
Tags are used to assign traits for characters, but it doesn't stop at visual traits, you can use tags for personality traits, special powers, profession, etc. User tags will be analysed by moderators so, try not to create new tags and use the search function to look up tags that have been previously curated and made the cut.
Relations
The main goal for the relation's section is to determine a character's connection to another, but it does not stop at that, you could link characters with alternative personalities, hidden personas, reincarnations, etc.
Extra Details
Extra detaisl serve as a good "trivia" section to the chracter's profile. Ranging from age, 3 sizes, height,to birthdays, nationality, favorite food, and such. We do have a very strict verification system, so be mindful about the orgins of your claims, always back up your imput with officially sourced information.
Assignments
Section specialized for admins to assignt characters to a franchise and singular seasons.
Images
Additional images can be added both to individual characters and to the series they belong to. You can also upload images to your files and profile as your avatar and mini AVI.
Voice
Voice actors that give life to the characters. Any voice actor from any voice language can be approved, as long as the language is specified in the submit form.
Quotes
Special feature from ACDB, with quotes we assign them to each individual character from an episode of a given anime series. Each audio clip can be assessed and replayed at will. This feature is the source for all the quotes in our Quote Game.
Roles
Protagonist - the main character who is the focus of the series. Such as Goku in Dragon Ball Z.
Antagonist - a primary villian character in the series, such as Freeza in Dragon Ball Z.
Deuteragonist - the secondary main character of a series. Sasuke would be the deuteragonist in Naruto.
Supporting - is a character that is not in the main cast and supports the story. They are important to make the story move but not as important as the main cast.
Sub - is used when a character has a very limited role and frequency of appearance in a series that is more than an Extra but less than as Supporting character.
Extra - are generally going to be characters that simply appear on screen and have limited or no lines. They might not even have names.
Cosplay
Cosplay info you can add. You can detail if you have cosplayed the character before, if you plan on cosplaying them, etc.
Six Word Reviews
Use up to six words to describe a character. Be creative and fun!
Character of the
Submit the character of your choice to the Character of The day/week/month contest.

A place where you can share your opinion of a specific character. Your comment will be public in the character notes list so, be mindful of what you have to say. Remember to follow the Member Generated Content Rules!
