Although we are a Canadian entity, we may process notices formatted similarly to DMCA notices solely for administrative convenience.

Submitting a Copyright Takedown Request[edit]

Required Information for Takedown Requests[edit]
To be considered valid, a request must include:

- Written authorization from the rights holder
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Exact URL(s) of the material in question

Failure to provide this information may result in rejection.
Notice-and-Notice Compliance (Canada)[edit]
Where applicable, we follow Canada’s Notice-and-Notice regime:
- Valid notices may be forwarded to the relevant content submitter
- Forwarding a notice does not imply admission of infringement
- Content is not automatically removed unless legally required
Counter-Notification[edit]
If content is removed or disabled and we determine that:
- The request was incorrect,
- The claim was abusive,
- The use qualifies under fair dealing,
- The content may be restored.
Content submitters may submit a counter-notification.
Bad-Faith or Abusive Claims[edit]
We reserve the right to:
- Reject notices lacking proof of rights
- Document repeat false claimants
- Report abusive behaviour to hosting providers or relevant authorities
Governing Law[edit]
This Site is governed by the laws of Canada.
Nothing in this policy submits the Site or its operator to foreign jurisdiction.
