Card Fixes

This is a tutorial for moderators and admins on how to remove or fix card sets.

Access

The card fixing tool can be accessed by checking the top of the card moderation page.

After that you will be relocated to cards_fixes.php, where you can do multiple changes to a card / card set.

Issue Card

Never use this tool before consulting with an admin, RinaK, or Rei. Any member, moderator, or admin caught abusing this tool will be permanently banned.

This tool is may only be uses in last case scenario to issue a specific card for a member. It may not be used as a reward, nor a cheat.

The criteria for using this tool is:

1. Member has proof that they have been unable to receive the card from the game, bet it by chance or card packs;
2. The set must be in circulation for longer than a year;
3. Your may not have the member in your friend list or be related to the member that will receive the card. Contact the administration for this jurisdiction;
4. Member must not have been graced with a card in the past. Each member may only receive ONE card with this tool;

To use the tool, fill in with the UID of the member, then the Set ID of the card set, and the Card ID.

Undo Publish

There are two sections to the tool to change a published card. One is to delete a set and the other is to delete a specific card within a set. Be very careful using this section of the card fixes tool, as they are permanent and cannot be revoked once completed.

Delete Official Set

This section is used to delete a card set. Only use this if requested by a member, or if a member made an offensive or unrelated card set.

Delete Issued Card

This section is used to delete a specific card from a set. In order to complete the action, you must have the id number of the card to be deleted, as well as the set number that it belongs to.

Published Sets with Incorrect Card Numbers

Bugs may happen and published card sets can end up with different number of cards, or in the case where a card from a published set was deleted with the Delete Issued Card tool. You need to reset the count for that card set using this tool. After fixing the number, verify if it was applied. The fix should look like the example image.
