Use the Sandbox to create the new title. Making sure to include:
Title Date Cover Image Home Page Media Type Wikipedia link if available
Then ask in #ACDB help or the chatbox for a moderator to approve the title.
Then you can add a character using the normal process. Follow the Add link
Then index the character using
